The 2016 CiderDays showcased hard cider at our salons and locally-grown food at our harvest supper!
The Cider Salon is your opportunity to sample more than 100 individual cider brands from a range of producers throughout North America and Europe. Check out the preliminary list of participating producers!
There will be two Cider Salon sessions at the 2015 CiderDays — both will be held on two floors of the new lodge at Berkshire East Mountain Resort, 66 Thunder Mountain Road, Charlemont, on Saturday, November 5th:
Session I - 3:00 - 4:30pm
Session II - 5:15 - 6:45pm
Berkshire East is easily accessible from Route 2 and I-91 and offers convenient parking.
The 2016 CiderDays Harvest Supper will be held from 7 to 9pm on Saturday, November 5th, at The Warfield House in Charlemont, MA. The menu by the Warfield House chefs includes seasonal savory and sweet New England themed cuisine, with much of the apples, vegetables and meats locally sourced from Western MA farms and orchards.
The 2016 Menu

Sliced apples, blue cheese wheel, apple chutney, crackers
Spinach w/pears, red onion and warm bacon dressing
Roast pork brined in apple cider, stuffing with kale,butter,walnuts and dressingwith apple/cranberry bread stuffing and Calvados gravy, accompanied by pan roasted squash with apples and onions
Harvest Skillet - sweet potato, spinach and cheddar, with apples and pecans. (vegetarian option)
Vanilla ice cream with caramel apples
Hard and sweet cider will be served. NOTE: No beverages may be brought into the dinner.
